Twitter’s New Focus on Dumbphones Is Really Smart

Twitter announced a pair of deals over the past 24 hours -- one with Nokia, and another with MediaTek -- to bring app-level support to feature phones. The moves show the company is doubling down on bringing people who don’t have a smartphone a similar robust experience.
